        Shellharbour Weekend R Marine Sydney

        Riviera owners are invited to join us on a cruising adventure to Shellharbour Marina from Friday, November 10th through to Sunday, November 12th.

        Situated on the picturesque South Coast, approximately 46 nautical miles South from Sydney, Shellharbour Marina offers a contemporary boating lifestyle with all the latest amenities.

        Known for its stunning beaches, delicious seafood cuisine and variety of outdoor activities, Shellharbour has something for everyone.

        The local surroundings offer plenty to explore beyond the marina. You can visit the Minnamurra Rainforest and stroll along walking trails to explore hidden waterfalls. Take a scenic bike ride along the coastline and admire the pristine beaches and rocky cliffs.

        For those seeking adrenaline-pumping activities, skydiving could be the perfect way to enjoy the views.

        A surf beach is close to the marina if you enjoy surfing. Pines Surfing Academy offers private lessons if you are interested in learning.

        Dive and snorkel enthusiasts will enjoy Bushrangers Bay, located within Bass Point Reserve and just south of Shellharbour Village.

        Links Golf course, complete with electric golf carts, is located not far from the Marina for golfers of all skill levels to enjoy.

        Bass Point Reserve 

        Visit Bushrangers Bay, an aquatic paradise nestled in Bass Point Reserve, just south of Shellharbour Village. Here you can drop anchor and explore the wonders of the deep, with an inner and outer bay, making it the perfect spot for diving and snorkelling. Click here for more information!

        Big Wave Sky Dive

        A picturesque location with beautiful views is the perfect place to experience freefall. Bass Point Beach (next door to Shellharbour Marina) is the location of BIGWAVE Skydive on Australia’s south coast. Click here to view the website

        Participants will receive the complete itinerary a few days before the event.

        The tentative plans are :

        Departure time from Sydney Harbour will be 9 a.m. on Friday, 10th November.  South Head Sydney Harbour will be our meeting point.

        Shellharbour Marina is within three hours of our destination, so we expect to arrive in time for lunch. We will have free time to explore the marina and surrounding area on Friday. We will take a day trip to Long Beach in Jervis Bay on Saturday. In the evenings, we will gather as a group to dine at one of the waterfront restaurants in the marina.

        If you’d like to participate in surfing lessons, golfing, or skydiving before dinner, please let us know beforehand. We’re able to help you with bookings.

        Sunday’s departure time from Shellharbour Marina will be around mid-morning.   Additional berthing nights can be arranged if you wish to extend your stay.

        Depending on the size of your vessel, Shellharbour Marina’s berthing fees range from $70 to $180 per night.
